Privacy Policy

Personal information collected by the Piara Waters Junior Football Club is for the primary purpose of membership requirements and/or competition purposes.  It will not be released for any form of commercial gain and will be maintained in a secure environment as per the requirements of the Privacy Act.

Completion and lodgement of the Player Registration Form indicates acceptance of the Club’s policy. At times your contact details may be passed onto other Football Organisations within the District at the discretion of the PWJFC Committee.

Photographic Images

By completion and lodgement of the Player Registration form you give the PWJFC permission to use photos of players, taken at matches/training for the Club, in the Clubs printed material and on the Clubs website.

If the Player does not wish to consent to their image in any form or medium to be used for general marketing and promotional activities, they acknowledge that they must contact their Club or League Administrator.
