Pirates receive funding for fence

The Piara Waters Junior Football Club has received $20,000 from the State Government towards fencing upgrades at its playing oval.
The funding will pay for a new boundary fence along Nicholson Road and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Sport and Recreation Minister Mick Murray joined Jandakot MLA Yaz Mubarakai at Piara Waters Junior Football Club to announce the new funding, which will make the oval safer for the football club and the wider community.
